Driving through Cairo at 6pm at night, we had no idea what to expect from our hotel, of course we had seen photos but they never actually show the true way it is when you are there. Le meridian did!! “Amazing views!”

This hotel has stunning views of the pyramids. The service was good, breakfast was adequate and decor was fine thou a little dated. Definitely try the falafel takeout just next door! Extremely tasty food and very popular with the locals.

Very Impressed with Hotel and Staff. Arrived late and they took good care of us, hotel view was amazing. Evening snacks at pool was very good and impressed with Breakfast. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Giza is pretty filthy at this time, but once you get to the hotel and pyramid area, it is much nicer. This hotel has the rooms you expect with a Starwood property, extremely nice. A good base for stay in Cairo. We had a "pyramid view" room that is extra cost but not sure you need to pay more because once its dark, you see nothing - the pyramids are not lit at night. very crowded hotel 650 room! noisy and in our case overed book so we had lots of problems. manager not nice considering they call themselfd 5 star hotel. anyway good location with view to piramid no piramidS
