Excellent service and staff. For me the top hotel in Cairo. Always make me feel welcome. Facilities clean and rooms clean and comfortable. Been using the hotel on and off for 10 years and will always go back. Hotel offers a lot of choices with restaurants and food. All other facilities also very good.

Hotel with some apparent deferred maintenance issues. For example, toilet constantly running, wardrobes with body odor, mechanically things loose and jiggly, dirt in the corners.
