Location -- Right on the Nile -- Beautiful views... of Nile, Sunsets, Boats, City, Museum, Bridges, Towers, You can even take out your zoom lens or binoculars and see the pyramids. You are just a few blocks from the subway and T Square ! And less than a block from the Best Egyptian Museum in all of Egypt. The ride... More

No complaints....I've been to Egypt plenty and fortunate enough to have friends that live there so my hotel stays are just a few and egypt is a place to explore not stay in a room---this was nice and they do leave a welcome plate of fresh fruit , robes, slippers---egyptians are very warm people and very proud of their culture... Really enjoyed the restaurant at the Nile Hotel and the first floor shopping. Husband and I, being typical tourists, couldn't resist ordering cartouches with our names on the front and back - it was nice not to have to travel all over to get this done. The breakfast buffet was really wonderful and we had a great time people watching... More

I checked into this hotel last minute after returning from a Nile Cruise. I ended up with a double room on the business floor. The rooftop bar was a relief to visit after a harrowing day. The staff was very pleasant, and the business center was very convenient. The breakfast was ample. The hotel connects to the Museum and stores,... More

I stayed in this hotel for more than 3 months. The best aspects - Fantastic Nile view - Especially if you are in Nile facing (of course if u love sun in the afternoons) or in the left corners in the high floors with the swimming pool view. The Gym is good. The Swimming pool is fantastic for the family... More

This is a fairly old hotel and has definitely seen better days. Having said that, the hotel is still in fairly good condition. The lobby is large and well appointed, the restaurant at the top of the hotel where breakfast is served is beautiful and overlooks the Nile. The breakfast offers a wide variety of food and is very good,... More

This used to be one of the top hotels in Cairo. The location is second to none. Great views over the Nile river, 50 yards from the Egyptian Museum, and Taylor Square, right in the middle of Cairo, you can even walk to Cairo Tower from the Nile. However, like the decrepit Egyptian Museum (run down like the whole country),... More

We stayed at the Nile Hotel for 2 nights at the end of a tour of Egypt. After the other hotels we had stayed at, the Nile is paradise. Reception staff were very friendly & helpful...nothing was too much trouble. On entering our huge room we were greeted by a plate each of complimentary fruit & sweets and a handwritten... More

I stayed at the Nile Hilton (before name change) with friends for about 4 days in October 2008. The rooms are nice and I could not find any fault with the cleaning or amenities. It's true that there no coffee/tea facilities in the room, but there is a cafe on the main level and being a big American coffee drinker,... More

I have stayed at this hotel for years. It was formerly the Nile Hilton and it was my home away from home. The staff, which are all dedicated professionals always remembered me upon check in and did everything to make my stay as pleasant as possible. I hope that the change in management does not detract from this great service... More
