Very basic accommodation. The staff were friendly, but the rooms were very very basic. The shared bathrooms were horrible! Almost falling apart and dirty - kept my flip flops on as was too afraid to step on something.

The hostel picked me up from the airport which was very nice considering the city is one big traffic catastrophe. The hostel itself has nice beds, good air conditioning, decent bathrooms and showers. They offer free bottled water which was a real plus. It is within walking distance from the Egyptian Museum and the nicer hotels along the Nile.

Great place up on the 4th floor and so close to the Museum. Staff are great and so are the rooms. Only negative is the traffic from the main road below at night.
