It's a super hotel. Lively reception and bar area with the singers doing their great cover songs. Rooms are clean and well presented. It is expensive to eat and drink but the service and settings are great. Like the large desk area for working, had no problems with the wifi. The hotel is an easy bus ride via the Korean... More

All in all, this is a very nice property. I stayed there for business last month. As far as the business traveler is concerned, it has everything you need. Wireless, nice business center, great conference facilities, very good restaurants, and a nice workout facility. It is centrally located so travel by cab etc is very easy. Here are some more... More

The Grand Hyatt is among the better hotels in Seoul, very nicely kept, with exquisite grounds, clean and well-maintained rooms, and great views toward the Han river. It is located on the south slope of Mount Namsan (the "South Mountain") which is now in the center of Seoul, but used to be to the south of town (what is now... More

This Hyatt property lives up to Hyatt standards, and provides sweeping views of the neighborhood below and large portions of the city from its perch on the side of Mount Namsam. The grounds are beautiful, and guests should make every effort to stroll or hike the trails of the park on Mount Namsam. Peace and tranquility in the middle of... More

Hotel is in a great spot. The rooms are great both public and rooms. The staff are very poor particularly check in (key didn't work) and entrance (no doorman in sight to help with taxis)

I had some trepeditations about being some distance from the center of the City, but the hotel has a free shuttle which is very convenient and being away from all the hustle and bustle is actually a plus. We upgraded to the Club level and enjoyed wonderful breakfasts (no soggy Cheerios here!) and a great happy hour (where, in addition... More

We stayed here for a few days in Dec 2011 for our first time in Seoul and would recommend this property over the newer Park Hyatt if you will be spending most of your time sight-seeing like us. The Park Hyatt is closer to the nice residential areas and trendy restaurants/ shopping on the South side. The hotel had a... More

Stayed one night as part of a tour in Korea. Actually the last night. This hotel is perfect in every sence. Great room, good location, first class service with a smile, excellent breakfast buffet.

This hotel has a very nice situation in Seoul, being on top of a hill and with great views over the city. It has a spectacular grand entrance, and the lobby is impressive. The rooms are quite small, but very well appointed, and quiet. The internet works well. The only thing one could find to point out is that the... More

After reading a few negative reviews of this hotel on Tripadvisor I wasn't too sure what to expect from this hotel, but its location in close proximity to the busy district of Itaewon and a good corporate rate made me go for it, and I'm glad I did. The hotel is located on top of a hill and both the... More
