I stayed in this hotel only one night, so really didn't have the chance to experience everything it (might) has to offer, but my general impression was good. The room was nice and roomy, modern, good ammenities, etc. Good comfortable bed and an interesting "open" bathroom concept - which could be closed off with sliding doors. All in all -... More

A nice hotel, excellent rooms, all mod cons, excellent service. Location is far from central, hourly shuttle buses connect you to downtown which is 20 minutes or about $12 USD in a cab. Prices are high by Korean standards, but a safe choice for a good nights sleep and nice atmosphere.

I mistakenly booked this hotel as there are two hiltons in Seoul. The other hilton (Millenium) is more central. There really isn't much going on around the Grand Hilton, so you will need to take the shuttle or a taxi to go anywhere. The executive rooms were some of the best I've stayed in with Hilton - just renovated and... More

My husband and I stayed in this hotel on April 30, 2012. The service was impeccable! Our room was readily available, along with the extra pillows that we had requested online. We had a wonderful early dinner at The Atrium Café - I had the bacon wrapped beef medallions and they were prepared perfectly. Our room was one of the... More

To make a long story short. It's not really centrally located, you will have to take the complimentary shuttle bus or a taxi to get anywhere near downtown Seoul. Good news there just finishing renovation of the rooms and there quite nice. There are two color shemes light and dark. I prefer the lighter one personally. I didn't like that... More

I have stayed in the Hilton hotel chain in different countries but the stay in Seoul was the worst. Really, what got me to write this review was this: I had reserved for a few nights and at check-in, I paid for the first half of my bill. Right now, I am beginning my third night. I tried right now... More

Stayed at the newly renovated executive floor. Overall, hotel itself is good, service is recommedable. However, the location is really way off. Its in the middle of nowhere with no restaurants within walking distance. I am in korea for a business trip, so really it doesnt matter. However, if you are here on leisure, then probably would not want to... More

We booked a room here thinking it was near downtown Seoul but in reality, its quite off the beaten path in a neighborhood. The hotel itself was a nice Hilton property complete with all the amenities you would expect from a Hilton, it was simply too far from where we needed to be so we checked out after 1 night... More

I stay at the hotel about once per quarter and just completed my visit on March 21. Take bus 6005 from Incheon Airport (stop 5B or 12 A outside immigration) and for 10K won and 1 hour and 8 minutes you arrive at the hotel. Much lower cost than a taxi or hotel car. It drops you off at the... More

They treat you like royalty here! Excellent experience all the way from check-in to check-out. Not to mention extremely comfortable.
