I went there on last year April 2011 together with my friends. The room is very clean and have all the facilities I need. The wide-stretched window provides a good view of the streets. I had good experience in this hotel. Staff was nice, friendly and responsive. Rooms are not big but they are equipped with the right stuff. Environment was very clean and windows very well insulated from road traffic noise. If I will need to stay again in that area I will book it again without hesitation.

While this is a brand new hotel it doesn't seem to do much to attract new guests - besides a standard rate for superior rooms on the top floor. Superior rooms are clean but not really superior.
