In my impression this is real guest house with very attentive staff and well dressed rooms. I think they need some renovation but any way the services in this house is absolutely worth of price. We stood there for three nights and were fully satisfied. Good breakfast, Free WiFi, in the center of old city, everything just 5 min away...
