We did not have water for a full day (hotel staff claimed it was citywide so no compensation). WiFi was not always working. We stayed at Hotel River Side late last year on a work trip. The rooms were lovely and large. It was in a good location and the staff were amazing, helping us out a lot with recommendations and translations.

Overall experience is very positive. The room I've selected online was occupied and I was offered to stay in lux suite for the same price. That made our stay even more pleasant then planned. Breakfast was ok. Surprisingly, hotel restaurant had a good selection of meals with excellent price. Try home-made vine there. Staff really cares. No issues at all.

This hotel is very good. The location is convenient enough though the place is very quiet. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff is very friendly. The hotel left a good vivid impression.
