well appointed, safe, clean and comfortable hotel in Honiara. Staff really friendly. Nice swimming pool. However breakfast could be improved. by the way probably the best hotel in Honiara.

We were put up in this hotel for 3 nights after a travel issue. The hotel is pleasant with good comfortable beds and good working stations in the rooms. The food is OK. Dinners were very good, lunches so-so and breakfasts adequate. Coffee is excellent and the surroundings are pleasant with most rooms having sea views. The staff are delightful and very helpful.

Hotel is new, clean, and sterile.... The executive rooms are pretty plain, no decent internet connection. The Mendana, next door is much nicer if you get one of the renovated rooms, and the food there is better.

Against better judgement, had the misfortune to endure a business dinner at the Heritage. Poor service would be an understatment, it apeared that we had made a mistake to enter the dining room, the waitress scowled and was not at all pleasent. I have been there twice for work. The room is definitely the best in Honiara with good view. Very nice swimming pool but the restaurant is not so good. I would rather going to the restaurant of the hotel next door to eat. The bar fridge in the room can be noisy now and then though
