I stayed one night at the PPR after a live aboard. My husband took ill and was in the local hospital, which was surprisingly well equipt with good doctors. The hotel immediately told me that they were at my service to take me to and from the hospital at no charge. They made a bag of toiletries with a robe... More

This is a lovely large hotel with great service. It caters to families with children so it's not the most tranquil place to relax, at least in the pool area. Breakfast is a buffet, lots of choices, and all you can eat. I prefer to have some bring me my food. Next time we are in Palau we will probably... More

This is my second stay at PPR or Palau Pacific Resort. They have a special relationship with Neco Marine (whom we dove with and loved). Neco picks you up at the airport and takes you back to the hotel.. They coordinate your week, taking care of all your gear at the shop overnight, so you just have a small bag... More

This might not be a top 5 star hotel but with the white sand private beach and friendly staff there's not a better place to stay in Palau. The bar has super cocktails and the restaurant pleasant. Loved having all our transport for activities to be by boat.

This property was out of town a bit which meant a Taxi or Shuttlebus ride every time we wanted to go somewhere and the shuttlebus didn't start running until 4:00pm. There was really nothing within walking distance of the resort. Our room was pretty ordinary, small, cramped and dull with an infestation of ants. On the plus side, the Breakfast... More

We stayed at the PPR for almost 10 days on a family holiday with a young child (7) in tow. The PPR is so seamlessly lovely and gracious that I didn't really notice how nice it was until I stopped to think. The service all happens around you; staff take you to your table at the buffet, they know your... More

Rooms are outdated with no curtains and with the roasters walking at the step of your door sleeping was poor. For breakfast everything is removed at 9H30 so it is hard when you arrived at 3am with the night flight. Some rooms have two queen beds which is good for families. Bathrooms are moderns and nicely decorated. Beachfront is very... More

We stayed at this resort for a few nights on both sides of a kayaking/camping trip in the Rock Islands. The first few nights we stayed in room 612, which had a garden view and seemed to be a bit on the old/dingy side. When we returned, we stayed in room 1124, which has a gorgeous ocean view and is... I stayed there for 2 weeks in November. The rooms were very comfortable, the grounds amazing, nice beach, great pool and the staff very friendly and helpful. Downsides - pricey, out of the way (might be a bonus if you plan on staying ensconced) and the restaurant was way over priced and under staffed. Since I went there to dive,... More

Overall, I enjoyed our stay at this resort very much. - Nice, clean room. - Friendly staff members who bring you chocolates every day. - Free wi-fi was slow and unstable, but that's a problem with the country rather than this hotel itself. - Restaurants were rather pricey, but the food's quality was fine. - Has a good beach suitable...
