We found staff very helpful and friendly (although we used basic French so maybe that made a difference?)
Pool and grounds all kept nicely.

Hotel is ok. Staff is rude and unprofessional but BEAUTIFUL location! We'll stay Le Meridian Isle de Pins next time. If management provided comment cards at the bars/restaurants/hotel rooms maybe the staff would be more respectful to guests.
