“Wonderful small hotel”

This is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the owner and staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the neighbourhood is quiet. I highly recommend this hotel (and the great breakfasts).

“The best place to stay”

Incredible apart hotel: comfortable, clean, placed in a beautiful and safe neighborhood, very quiet. Room equipied with all you nead, including a cordless phone and a CD/radio player. Internet access is fast.

We arrived at Lipa with high expectations, based on the reviews here and Lipa's own highly informative website. Our expectations were all surpassed! Lipa is located in a very nice neighborhood of Asunción, safe, quiet, comfortable, and straightforward to reach from the bus terminal. That was one of the best hotels I have ever been. You feel home, the staff isfriendly, the brekfast is great, the facilities are fantastic and it is very clean.
