This is an excellent hotel experience. It´s one of the reasons I love Bogota. Service, decor, food, smell- it is a delightful, luxurious experience. My favorite hotel in Latin America! I would happily recommend to the most discerning customers. The showers and the beds are wonderful!

This is a great location close to some excellent restaurants. Nice rooms with very good wireless connections. The restaurants in the hotel are good too, you definitely want to have breakfast in the center courtyard. The service is excellent.

We stayed here on our wedding night and although the hotel in general is very high quality it does not justfy the price tag. I informed them that this was our wedding night, but still they did not go the extea mile and include even a few flowers for the bride - very poor touch!
