This place was in a great location where we could walk to all the sights. Beautiful rooms with a great common area and little kitchen, the only problem we had was staff played loud music till 1 in the morning and there was no one else there.

Well, there are few things that make me happy when I travel. Casa Bellavista had them all. Best possible location, very friendly staff, clean accomodations, easy to meet people. Very good value for the money. Yes, it can get noisy from the street, but that's beacuse you are right in the center where everything is happening. Yes, some parts of...

Everything was super clean, free internet, and staff was probably one of the best that I encountered in all of Colombia!
The hostel is a little noisy, just because sounds seems to travel really well throughout it, but that is hostel life hey!
Breakfast is included as well and it's in a pretty neat part of town, close to anything...

By going in this hostel, I not only enjoyed the nice antique architecture of this 100 years old house and the perfect situation in the historic and vibrating center but also the good mood established by the staff : A couple of local youngsters knowing a lot about things to do in Bogotá. The owner, Luis, frequently went on party...

Despite the good location e friendly staff, based on my experience of staying in a private room (the first right as you enter the hostel), I do not recommend this hostel for couples because the bathroom is horrible and needs a urgent reform to have a good conditions for use, as you can see in photos.

Casa Bellavista was an important part of why our experience in Bogota was so great. My traveling companion and I inadvertently ended up calling it "home" by the time we left Colombia. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful- they consistently worked to make sure we were safe and having a good time whether that meant giving good recommendations/providing practical...

I had a great time at the Casa Bellavista. It's right in the center of a very exciting neighborhood, although I don't recommend walking around at night alone. It's near a bunch of restaurants and the bike tour place. The hostel itself was clean and big, with plenty of space to hang out, which made it convenient to meet people....

We stayed here two nights, and on the second night some girl swiped my bed, so the front desk (who were very friendly) got me another bunk. Towels are $1 to use, and the shower in our room was not working, but there was a shower in the main area that worked ok (at least there was hot water both...

Pros : Great front Desk Staff, they are very helpful, speacially Anderson (Pollo), they do speak English (very hard to find in bogota) and understanding personal. It's a Good location, just in the corner from Choro de Quevedo square and next to a lot of Restaurants and landmarks. It's a Clean place. there's a nice Kitchen. Also a Board for...

Anderson and Mao are fabulous. Every time they would open the door to let you in, you were welcomed as a friend and they asked about your day. They are so helpful and definitely one of the best things about Casa Bellavista.
The hostel is located on a narrow, cobbled pedestrian alley next to Plaza del Chorro de Quevado which...
