“Great Cosy Location in José Ignacio”

José Ignacio is a tiny village, but the location of this small boutique style hotel is great! Helpful staff at arrival, they ooked table at the local restaurant "La Huella" for us right away and with no problem. Very cosy and intimate (also because of the limited number of rooms.) Wi-Fi reception was insufficient, but worked in the living room... More

“A nice place to stay”

Arbol Casa is a beautiful small boutique hotel. However, when we stayed there, the heating in the room did not work. Also the shower heating did not work from time to time. The WiFi in the the room sometimes did not work properly. But the staff was friendly and if the pool would have been heated, we would have liked... More

“Nice location with good view but bad service and poor to ask for extra payment for fried eggs!”

Nice location but poor service!!! They didnt clean our room before asked for it. They were 30 min late with breakfast even though we were alone in the hotell. They were lazy.

“The best iun Jose Ignacio”

Stayed in Arbol last weekend and it is by far the nicest place in José Inacio! The views are amazing, the service, the rooms are large and gorgeous, breakfast is great. I cannot recommend it enough. Two steps from the beach and the lighthouse. Thanks Arbol! Ilana
