The fairmont competes with many outstanding hotels in the UAE, and one could easily choose some of the best in Dubai, which is not far away. If you are staying in Abu Dhabi, however, I recommend this hotel for all the reasons I note in my title. In brief, it has it all, and all is first rate.

The property is very new, chic designed and well furbished. This is one of the best hotels that we have stayed at. New and beautiful rooms and amenities. The restaurants are excellent, the service wonderful. The beach is comfortable and pleasant -- not the Bahamas, but pretty much as good as can be expected in Abu Dhabi. I have attended conferences here and the facilities were great.
