This is certainly not a hotel to go with all the charm and beauty and 5 star rated its too far from all the attractions.The prize of a room was 40 percent more then better hotels in the old town

Lovely atmospheric hotel, great rooms and breakfast. Staff were all very helpful. The location is excellent for anyone visiting Damascus for sight seeing. We also stayed in the Four Seasons, but would probably stay here next time because it was, well, just more Syrian!

This hotel is perfectly located for exploring the alleyways of the old city.
