Big rooms, comfortable bed, a women only floor if you want it - all good. But reception staff that are so inept that it made Fawkty Towers look professional. Ask for a room that doesn't overlook the mosque if you want to sleep past dawn, but more likely go to another hotel.

Service problems started right from the get-go when a receptionist kept the IDs and asked with attitude if we wanted anything. The bar was empty. Housekeeping never showed up during the entire stay despite the sign requesting their service.
