i am a student at uclan and stayed here february 4th -13th 2011, i had a very enjoyable stay the hotel staff were very friendle and helpful, if i have one complaint my room was very dark and the food wasnt very varied, other than that i would definately stay here again.

The hotel is not centrally located. There are many fast food chains next door to the hotel, KFC, Pizza Hut and Pappa Johns pizza.
