This Hotel was very hard to find, it's off the main road and away from the traffic noise but they do not have any signs to show you the way. It's not too far from the French Embassy and a short walk to Sodeco Square, if you have a car there is very little parking and as far as I... More

The golden tulip is located near sodeco a great area in Beirut with bustling restaurants and bars about a 15 minute walk to downtown Beirut. The Japanese restaurant serves decent, well priced sushi and the breakfast buffet has a good selection of Lebanese favorites for breakfast. A good hotel for the price

Good balace between price & service; basic services, clean and quite comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful.Very well positioned near the city centre close to the French embassy.Breakfast ok,free internet in the rooms. Rooms are small but sufficiently equipped. For 90 USD including breakfast you cannot pretend more.

We were a big group of guys doing a bachelor's weekend in beirut, who looked for a reasonably priced place that has the basics, comfortable enough, and is in a good location.. Goldin Tulip did it for us.. We were welcomed by very friendly and helpful staff with a great sense of humour, who did not hesitate to upgrade our... More

Good value for money hotel in Beirut which is not a cheap city to stay in. The rooms were modern, fresh and clean. Not huge but big enough. Anyway, who wants to hang out in a hotel room when you're in Beirut. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast in the coffee shop adequate. Only issue I... More

we arrived at 7pm on the Thursday and were met by fun and friendly staff. They upgraded our rooms without hesitation, changed up some money, showed on a map where to go and had us in our room with a bucket of ice getting the night started in a very short time. Rooms weren't huge but clean and big enough,... More

We went to Beirut for the New Year Dec. 29th 2011 and we arrived the hotel after a city tour at 3:00 P.M. and our rooms were not ready. We waited for an hour and still our room was missing towels, etc. We stayed for 3 nights and they couldn't manage to give us hair dryer. The lobby was near... More

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights with my friend for the new year holiday. I was expecting a better location but it was a bit far from my favorite place, Solidere, but still close to the Falamanki café (7 min walking). It took us around 15 min walk to ABC Mall. Rooms are small but convenient and comfortable... More

We stayed for only one night in the Golden Tulip, and it was a good experience. Conveniently located (walking distance) in the central part of Hamra next to all the shops and restaurants, and staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and fully equipped, and they also have a private parking if necessary. The breakfast was also good.... More

I stayed in Golden Tulip Hotel de Ville for one night. A great experience due to the really good service from all staff - particularly the reception and cafe. Room was well appointed with a nice bathroom - also quiet. No wireless internet in the bedrooms however a cable is supplied with free access however it's very slow. Faster wireless... More
