History has been made here, Le Bristol is more than an hotel, it is an experience and still has political overtones. Rooftop pool from which to peer down through Ras Beirut, past the checkpoints, to the crowded skies as all the new builds go up. Love Beirut, it takes your heart.

Booked this hotel for a real bargain price online. The location is fantastic, just next to Hamra st with many handy juicebars and restaurants nearby. Stayed 6 nights, rooms are ok although a bit noisy. Ordered twice room service and it was impossible to get someone answering the phone.
