Unfortunately after staying at the Crowne Plaza in Qatar, I was extremely disappointed with the Crowne Plaza Beirut. The hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment. “Another Amazing Stay”

This was my second trip to this hotel and I was very impressed by the treatment. Excellent service, clean rooms, great location and amazing breakfast. We were personally greeted by the Hotel Manager (Mr. Fadi) which was a nice gesture. Used their airport-hotel transfer which was very convenient too. I look forward to returning back.

“Lovely stay”

Amazing location, friendly staff and the rooms are spacious and clean. They. Helped us so much with travelling, tourist stuff and things to do and where to eat. Pool is in a really awkward place: the middle of the restaurant so unable to use at all.

This was my first trip to Beirut on business for a couple of days and was looking to stay in a central location. the hotel is located in the heart of Al Hamra, great area with restaurants ,shops, sports, , pubs and clubs , the staff are great, service is at its best, food is fine.i was happy to be there , spent couple of days there , the associates did a superb job.

Well located hotel in Hamra, with good facilities, and friendly staff. With a room at the back of the hotel, there were no noise issues. Room facilities did all that was required, breakfast was good,and we had an enjoyable stay.
