Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location since it is just two streets away parallel to Hamra. However, there is a cap on internet usage, Business Center was not yet ready so no computer for hotel guests. There are nearby internet cafes but people smoke and noisy kids playing games. We only stayed here one night hotel is very neat and clean and modern, excellent staff. Wireless free ,balcony with chairs ,comfortable room, nice breakfast area with a good selection. It has roof top bar and restaurant which was still closed as it was to early in the season.
