Stayed here for two nights in November. It's a great location, right on the waterfront, right above the Hard Rock Cafe. The staff were very pleasant, polite and helpful. Was offered an upgrade to a 5th floor suite, probably because there were very few tourists in town at that time. The room was large and comfortable, but stank of smoke, as... More

Great location, one of beirut's nicest areas, very lively! Right across the road from the sea - stunning view especially during the sunset! Right next to the hard rock...many cafes & restaurants nearby. Walking distance from the Hamra area...and easy to get to all other touristic areas! Cosy hotel, not your regular 4 star hotel, has a nice feel to... More

After staying at the Le Royal for 3 days for a conference I moved to the city and was booked in to Bay View...I thought it was a decent business traveler hotel.. but once I got there it was a whole different experience.. It was excellent room wise.. the view was stunning and more importantly the service was excellent. The... More

We arrived at some ridiculous hour like 4am so instead of sleeping on the couch in the lobby we checked in early to the only room available which was room 401. I am not sure whether this room is ever sold to guests (or perhaps just those who arrive early and need a bed) but the bathroom has very bad... More

Stayed here after the Palm beach had problems. I was promised a sea view room due to having to move but didn't get one. The room I got was large and very comfortable except that it overlooked main road leading from the Corniche and on Saturday night, it seems to be a constant bottle neck with all of Beirut out... Location, location, location...this is what this hotel is about. Situated across the street from the Corniche and offering just about every guest a private balcony overlooking the Mediterranean, this hotel is nothing short of grand and proves itself to be an excellent value. While the rooms may not be as contemporary in style as some other hotels in the area,... More

This is an old but decent 4 star hotel, it´s located in the most attractive and lively spot of the Corniche, within walking distance of the city centre (about 15 minutes). There is an open air club on the hotel rooftop with a great view over the mediterranean sea, lounge music, ... same place you will have breakfast in the... More

We stayed there for five nights. Location is excellent on the start of the Corniche (excellent for walking and just spending time) , and joined to the Hard Rock Cafe. Even a Mc D across the road if you really need it.... 5 minutes drive from downtown. Garage parking underneath (if you can brave the beirut driving) , the attendants... More
