The hotel is relatively quiet on all my trips here and the staff are always helpful. Some of the rooms overlook the cemetery so you might want to request another view. This is one of the more expensive hotels in Kuwait.

The hotel is located centrally in Kuwait city, the rooms are pretty good and spacious however the overall experience was a total let down... Extremely nice from start to finish. Airport shuttle was a private car complete with leather seats, welcoming warmed washcloth and cold water. Speedy check-in with excellent attention by front desk staff and all hotel staff. Visiting The Tower was itself an experience. Amazing architechture leaves you spellbound till you reach the restaurant's floor by lift and see outside through the glass ball. Even the rotating view from the top through the binoculars gives you a feel of the small and beautiful country of Kuwait. Amazing !

After being greeted at the airport I was brought to our car. This time we had to walk to the parking as the car did not come to the terminal. Driver offered water and got quickly to the hotel.
