stayed there this year for a couple of nights with work and was happy with my stay there. Request non smoking room if needed and they were great at all my requests. The food was superb and I would stay there again!

The Gulf Hotel in Bahrain has the best combination of comfort and dining opportunities. They offer many restaurants on site with a wide variety of cuisines. Enjoyed staying at this hotel -- excellent service, food, and rooms. Really liked the Iranian restaurant in the hotel. Only tip I have is that there isn't an ATM machine in the hotel. Fortunately the walk to the ATM was quite safe and traffic was very orderly (not at all like Cairo or Lima, if you've been there).
