I've stayed at the Holiday Inn Riyadh Izdihar and Alqasr locations and I prefer both over this location. This hotel, rooms etc are dated and in need of attention. Location is good though. It didn't feel a choice of value given it's higher rates.

A comfortable hotel for a two night stay with a friendly and attentive staff. A large well equipped room on the executive floor with a very comfortable bed and breakfast served on the same floor I booked on-line but would have obtained a better rate by telephoning the hotel direct.
