An excellent hotel if you are planning a trip to Makkah, Saudi Arabia. Stayed in the Hilton Towers (Tower 2) and had a really great room for a family. Also, the room has a really nice view overlooking the Haram.
The buffet breakfast and meals are excellent in taste and quality.
Overall, a very nice hotel for a family stay....

Overall it was ok except for the reception clowns who dont know how to talk with paying customers. Pass you around on phone keep you on hold and answer back rudely, also you have to ring 3 times to get anything done. Housekeeping staff were good though

Check in was quick and easy. Stayed in the executive room on the 29th floor. Was worth it as we could use the executive lounge from 7am to 10pm for free wifi and snacks. Room was spacious and clean. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast buffet with lots of variety. Have always stayed here and would stay again if it's still around...
