I had booked well in advance to secure room This year shuttle transport services were not upto assured standards. NO Provision for Tea pot / Micro Owen. Room Service always negative answers Front Office staff , House keeping (laundry section) were very helpful.

Horrible location, a shuttle service does exist but it drops you far from the haram. It's another 5-10 min walk to enter the mosque. Rooms need upgrading, carpets filthy, toilets tiny.
