Raffles Makkah is one of the best hotels in Makkah. Location is just few meters from Abdulaziz gate for Haram. Breakfast is great. everything you can imagine is there and even you cannot decide what food to try and where to start. I really like the carrot juice there. One thing we faced during our stay there. There was a... More

Nice and luxury furniture designed by Christopher guy, good restaurant, testy food. I didn’t like the spots and marks for old dirty on the furniture even bathrobe there was some, service is very bad not provisional and I saw fight between waiters during my breakfast!! I have asked to clean the room but during I am not in room and... More

I stayed here in May 2012. This hotel is very very fancy. Breakfast is a whole different experience. Huge variety, fresh food, and cozy atmosphere. The only issues I had were: 1- Upon check in the guy at the reception said check out is maximum at 1:30 pm. I asked him to stay will 2 pm as I have a... More

Absolutely nothing to complaint about. Super clean, professional staff, amazing food, fast room service. Just make sure to get a suit and not a room to ensure the utmost attention.

Good location, although confusing initially finding way up, having to catch two sets of lifts, and must walk through shopping area. Nice large room - Signature double Dirty windows, no point having a view of masjid when windows are filthy. Expensive Too many light switches which give ample options to create a different ambience but can be confusing. Service could... More

We stayed here with 2 other couples for our Umrah. The rooms were probably the best we have ever stayed in period. They were very spacious, our suite which was the smallest, but was over 80 sq m in size and had a reasonably sized living and dining room, large bedroom and bathroom. The room finishing were very luxurious and... More

This hotel is in the large shopping complex across from masjid al haram, same building as movenpick - zam zam - rotana......but in my opinion much nice and better. even... More

This hotel is definitely the BEST in MECCA!!! it actually surpasses many of the best luxury hotels out there..We booked the cheapest room in the hotel with a city view, but we were really surprised to find it really a GORGEOUS suite with a separate living room with dining table and a fantastic marble bathroom, and you can see the...
