Make sure to bring small spoons for your tea cup because they will not be available in your room or in breakfast table. The breakfast food is just not too variety, I surprised. The only thing I did enjoy is the bed sheets were comfortable, and the location of hotel which perfect and close to Masjid. Also Make sure your... More

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It was close to the Haram, there were restaurants and shops all around the place. I would stay here again if I could.

the hotel is really amazing in regard to the purpose of the trip itself ,: - first of all the location of the hotel is really amazing, it is just facing the main door of el haram , the breakfast buffet is really rich with different alternatives , rooms are clean and of good size , i believe this is... I recently had the prvilage og visiting Makkah for Umrah with my family & we stayed at the above hotel. The hotel is very close to Haram which undoubtedly is a huge advantage but unfortunately this is a 4 star hotel & not a 5 star with reasonably good service as per Saudi standards. The rooms were ok ish, definately... More

we stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. the rooms are comfortable, although we didnt get any sunlight in the room the entire week. since our purpose was to spend as much time in masjidul haraam and not the room this was not much of an issue. the staff were not the friendliest and i was particularly offended when i... This hotel is just a few footsteps away from the haram, but what you need to know is that to get from your room to the holy mosque you must either take two lifts or four elevators, then walk through a mall, over an open sewer and past a building site. You may be close to the haram but give... More

Location, location ,location thats the best part. As far as services are concerned they are not up to standard of a 5 star hotel, but if you plan to concentrate fully on your prayers and Haram, then you wont feel much shortcomings.. Reception is on slower side , so are the bell boys etc. Rooms are average type and not... More

This hotel is supposedly a 5-Star hotel and I would rate the service we received as a 2-Star hotel. Customer service and appreciation is lacking throughout the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 7:30 PM and we were all in Ehraam at the time, the front desk refuses to send a bell person downstairs for our luggage since my... More

I liked Al Safwa Royale Orchid Hotel, nice location which directs you right away to the Haram. Well, I can't say much coz I was very focused on the Holy Mecca more than anything else. The only thing I didn't like was small size of the bathrooms, very small. Serivce is good they come fast whenever you need anything. Food... More
