“Outstanding Shuttle services”

Shuttle services was outstanding, It will be only reason If I book there again. I stayed for 6 nights. if its a five star then I'm surprised no tea/coffee facilities, Buffet Breakfast was not upto mark, initially they were having live counter for omelets but for unsaid reasons they closed down.

Very good hotel, friendly & cooperative staff, neat, clean, well organised, bit far from haram, but has 24 hrs shuttle service to & fro, which is one of the plus point, enjoy ed the stay, will go back there inshaallah.

“Very bad experience with the shuttle service”

Everything quite nice except the shuttle service they were on strike one of the booking were not found very slow in respond at reception they rely on one person in charge I do not accept apology from manager as he is not able to take decisions

Initially I had booked my room for two days. But after experiencing the comfort and ease of transportation, I went ahead and extended my stay by a day. Check in was quick.
