My friend and I stayed at this hotel for three nights bed and breakfast in March 2012. We booked flights, hotel and transfers by private taxi through easyjet holidays. We were very happy with the meet and greet service and being sped through visa and Immigration by our rep on arrival. It took about 30 minutes to get to the... More

In general It was nice to live there but there were many small details which made the stay not that comfortable. What is good: bed, every day service, breakfast is one of the best I ever had in the hotels+swimming pool !What made me feel not that nice: INTERNET is not free!!!very inconvenient! The restaurant which is near by(same building but it's... Arrived late at night/early morning and wanted to go straight to bed. Did not get the twin room I had booked, and had to bring in an extra bed at 0330 in the morning. Room was spacious with a nice view from the 14th floor - minibar, safe etc. Never tried the breakfast, but the lounge was efficient and expensive,... More

We stayed here March 27, 2012 with a group of 38 Canadians. Service was pleasant and efficient at Reception & average in the Dining Room. The food on the other hand was good. All in the group were happy with their rooms.

I see variety of opinions in the other reviews, but our stay in May 2009 was most enjoyable, and we would return. Efficient and welcoming check-in, fast bellman services to our room on one of the upper floors (with great views), good food in regular restaurant and excellent in Trader Vic's. Room was spacious, clean and with upscale amenities.

The Regency palace in Amman Jordan is one of the oldest five stars hotels in town. Its surely not a five star service. Previously the Sheraton, the regency is still welcoming its guests with an ambiance and decoration dating from the eighties. You feel how old it is, how used, how dull with no background music around the lobby. You... More

This is a 4 rather than 5 star hotel but it ticks all the boxes for the business traveller for a couple of nights (maybe not quite so much for the tourist staying longer). The rates are fantastic value when compared to the prices you'll pay at the usual suspects (Marriott, Sheraton, Four Seasons etc.). It's not in the greatest... More

We were disappointed with this hotel. It is more commercial than residential and has the feel of an office building. Amman is a beautiful city and there must be better five star hotels, in better locations, available. I'd look for choosing this hotel.

Clean Rooms and good service but food are not, they said its five stars hotel ...!!! but the moment you arrived you can tell its not. Location is terrible and faraway from everything, downtown, shopping centers, restorances, nothing at all, No even a fast food.
