I paid 28JD for a twin (2 people) and 18JD for a single. Rooms were clean, although the bathrooms were tiny, shower mats grimy, and the bathrooms flooded pretty much as soon as the shower was switched on. 24 hour hot water. Elevator. Good, basic complementary breakfast on the roof, where there are great views of the city. Free wi-fi.... More

I would really recommend the hotel for the attention they pay to their guests. It is, for example, a very good option for any student coming to Amman for internships or language programs in Arabic, as they're used to helping for all the things needed (find a flat etc...). I'm myself very grateful for all the informations they gave me.... More

PRO: Great service (greeting, directions, taxi ride to airport). Bed was very comfortable. It was very clean. Given a sanitized towel in a plastic wrapper. Offered fruit and dessert upon arrival (though the dessert was pretty awful and I didn't eat more than a taste). Good location without too much noise (I asked for a quiet room). Breakfast on the... My husband and I checked in for 1 night before heading down to Petra. We stayed in room 602, which is right below the roof-top terrace but we did not have a view. PROS: The staffs were great. They were friendly and efficient. We were welcomed with fresh fruit and little pastries. The location was right next to the citadel... More

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of downtown Amman, within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. The staff were very friendly, and more than happy to recommend local restaurants. The room itself was good for the price, however it didn't feel very clean (I certainly wouldn't have showered or walked round the room without my flip... More

The hotel's location is very good. Close to the main sights. Very nice roof top terrace. When we were there alcohol wasn't available but everything else. The room was ok for the price. If your room is facing the courtyard be prepared for some noise, but it's not terrible, we managed to sleep through the night just fine. The only... More

this hotel had a change in the general attitude in the past year or so. became more vibrant, added breakfast, and there is a general better attitude. stuff are smiling, but one needs some patience to get things done. this is Jordan, after all....the location is good, very centered, and the noise is bearable, not too much. breakfast is repetitive,... The hotel is in a good central location but its not brilliant to be honest. Our room was a bit dirty and the bathroom particularly wasnt in great condition. We paid for a double room but got given a twin and told there was no alternatives. I asked for a spare pillow and was told there was no spare ones... More

Dear Sir/ Madame, I am sorry that we couldn't provide an alternative room for you but that is the only room I had available at the moment. About the call for prayer well I can't stop for that even though I will to ensure your comfort, Although that is the way all over Jordan and the middle east. I am... More

The hotel is well localized, very close of roman theater on downtown, the staff are friendly and helpful, the area (hotel and neighbours) is a little bit noisy at night and the internet signal isn't worked properly at bedroom, is better go to entrance hall.

Both my husband and i stayed at this hotel 2 weeks ago. Its a great place to stay. We liked it because it was so central. The staff were very helpful. We hired a car and had such a great time we will be back. Jerash only 1 hour away. We liked it in downtown, the market was good and... More
