Our group stayed here March 13, 2012. We have stayed here the past 4 years with groups we host. Hotel is clean, safe, staff is courteous, FREE WI-FI, lots of stores within easy walking distance, love the mosaics in the lobby. Great cappuccinos! Stayed here for 5 mights -- nice hotel, nice large rooms, refrig, basic breakfast, nice and accomodating staff...location is near 2 or 3 malls w/movie theatre in one, little mini market next door for basics...coffee shops close! It is a 3 star hotel and good value ...still don't understand these rating systems for hotels!!!

The hotel is located close to 6th circle in a relatively new district. There are many shops around. The hotel exterior looks very nice, the rooms are quite spacious, nothing extra, but enopugh to accomodate 3 persons. It was very clean. The hotel is small and has potential, but too many things go wrong (no hot water, shower fitting broken), the restaurant appeared to be closed and there was little choice in the local area. The hotel is located too far from the main tourist parts of Amman. Their website description of themselves is a little misleading.
