I arrived with my young baby late at night and unfortunately, contrary to the stunning photos on the website, it's actually a hotel (by Australian standards) a motel with an entrance under the highway. Its 80s and old inside. By the second night, the flimsy cot collapsed in the middle of the night. it's not the baby, she was a... More

The hotel is strategically placed to have amazing service, but there is something lacking a sort of finess, it's an okay hotel but that's it. If you need a place to sleep it will do. The breakfast is horrible. Try a restaurant called London a few minutes walk away. The new rooms are good.

The hotel is situated on the pTel aviv promenade but the rooms are located above the Hayarkon tunnel, as trhe hotel is already refurbished inside but not yet outside, the qulaity of the windows is a bit low, you hear basically everything what's happening outside and when it's a truck....you got the impression, it's riding across your room. Even if... More

I didn't use all the hotel facilities so cannot comment on the pool for instance. However I was in urgent need of a hotel and all others were full, I had not booked in advance. I got the last room for the night on this hotel. The room was modern and clean, there was a good choice at breakfast, and... More

If there is a national holiday during your stay, check in advance if a private party will be done on the roof (pool) of the hotel. The party was in the 6th floor and I was located in the 5th floor, there was no sound isolation and the windows and doors in the room were vibrating with the party (up... More

I booked this hotel via booking.com because of it's good location for a period of 5 nights. When I arrived by cab from the airport, the entrance is located next to an underground highway and everything was smelling like in urinals, it was the most terrible hotel entrance that I have ever been to. The room I got was ok,... More

Lovely hotel, very kind people and a very nice breakfast. Coffee was offered while waiting for my taxi to go to my very early morning flight. :)

1) Arriving to the hotel with 2 kids and with a confirmed booking via booking.com I was told that I have no reservation because the booking was done too late (although confirmed). 2) Had to wait about 20 minutes at the reception to determine whether they have an available room. 3) When finally in the room discovered that it had... The renovations of this hotel are good. Our room on the 4th floor was really beautifully done. Small but ultra modern is how I would describe it. Good location right on the promenade. Don't eat anything from the lounge coffee bar - I did and it was truly revolting with soured cream and black mould all over the underneath! Otherwise... More

I don't feel like describing this place. Let me just outline it's major disadvantages. - an old scrappy building in need of renovation - too expensive - poor service - shabby parking (and not free) - rather poor breakfast - the front desk blocked $300 on my credit card while I was checking-in, and I still can't get hold of...
