I have stayed at the Adiv since it first opened in the late 1960's and then as it rennovated and maintained its great image as a small, lovely hotel nestled in the best area of Tel Aviv for tourists, whether short term visit or long term. The staff are welcoming and helpful, the breakfast ample and the air conditioned great....

Very affordable for its location; convenient to the beach, bus line, other tourist areas. many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. we opted for a superior room which was not very large; we shudder to think what the others might be like.
Stayed at the Adiv during a weekend while volunteering with Sar-el. Front desk staff was very rude and refused to honor the Sar-el rate because I had made a reservation in advance at the recommendation of Sar-el (hotel was sold out that weekend). Further, the room was dirty. Hotel advertises free internet connection, but connectivity is poor and spotty.
I recently stayed at this hotel for two weeks. It is located in an excellent location close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Prior to traveling I e-mailed the hotel with some questions and I received a response immediately.
The hotel serves an excellent breakfast with a large variety.
The rooms are basic that...

I have been to this hotel already twice. It is a very nice hotel with reasonable prices. The best in this hotel is the breakfast, which is a 5 stars hotel category! It is also located very good. Part of the rooms are renovated but most of them not. Still i think that for the price it is a great...
