I was traveling with a tour group and paid the single supplement only to get a room that had an adjoining door to another room -- minimal privacy for 150% of the cost. The mattress pad on the bed was short by 4 inches on each side and the thin fitted sheet revealed the shortness. The pillow cases were mismatched,... More

This is a pretty average hotel. The food and service are just that, pretty average. The dining room service was quite good. Breakfast choices are plentiful. The fruit and veggies are superb, as one would expect in Israel. The wifi is fre, but very weak in the upper floors. When our taxi arrived at the hotel at 1500, our room... More

Nice modern hotel close to the beach. Good restaurant, and nice sitting/lounge area. Area around the hotel has lively night life and a few good restaurants. Rooms are OK and TV has some English channels.

This is much more modern type hotel, everything looks really nice. Our stay was great, we had an awesome breakfast buffet every morning like anything I've seen before! From the front desk, kitchen and coffee bar to maintenance and housekeeping, they work very hard to make everything almost perfect for all, so much so that you might be surprised on... More

Was the worst hotel ever! Room was dirty, including the sheets and the carpet! We came in at 10pm and was no mineral water at the hotel at all! The concierge told us to go to the market and buy it! The staff was a desgrace, no help at all!

A basic hotel near the airport. We were there for only six hours. The room was clean but the carpets stained and dirty. Bed linen etc all clean.Breakfast adequate.

We stayed in a business room, which gave us access to wi-fi and snacks. The snacks were plentiful. The staff extremely helpful. The food excellent. The hot was hot and the cold cold, which is at it should be. we were the only British people at the hotel. To us this is wonderful. the atmosphere cheery and friendly. We would... More

The room was on the small side but adequate and clean, with a minifridge. The bathtub/shower I can imagine will not be comfortable for people with limited mobility since it is placed quite high in relation to the bathroom floor. The breakfast was good and fresh, less options than in more expensive hotels, but more options than other mid-range hotels.... More

I stayed at the Grand Beach Hotel for 3 weeks with my partner from Feb-March 2012 and to be honest, I have no real complaints! The hotel was of a great standard, and because we were staying for so long, they upgraded us to a premium room free of charge. The room was a little smaller than I expected, but... More

Stayed 4 nights March 2-5 '12. Clean, good food, good service, FREE WI-FI!!!! New elevators. Very good location. Park across street and then beach. Easy walking to much. Nice 24 hour store in same block. Great falafel stand open 6am-12pm 1 block to east of main door.
