Dirty, smelly, ugly. I reserved for 9 days and left after 1 night. I could not stand the smell of this place. It is cheap compared to other options in the area - There is a reason for that. To shower, you have to turn on the heater 30-40 min in advance, so you have to wake up for that.... More

This apartment hotel is on the crossroads of Hayarkon st and Frishman st., which is a great location to stay at Tel Aviv. There is a small square near with a boat monument, cafe, mcdonalds, restaurantas. 2 groceries near (50m), beverages, food, snack, etc. The beach and the promenade is about 100m `far`, need to be mad to miss it. You can... More

Don't know what it is about mid-range hotels in Israel, but they (two hotels so far) seem to think that guests want to breathe stenchy, sickly 'air freshener' ... which they spray liberally in the rooms. For anyone with allergies to fake, chemical scents, avoid The Home Hotel at all costs. Also, doubt whether duvet cover is washed after each... More

I guess Tel Aviv is a very expensive hotel city and the quality is very low, even in 4 and 5 star hotels, however safety and service are things that are not influenced by the environment. You can just take any key you want, cleanliness was questionable and service none existent. The location is excellent, but if you pay so... More

Like the title says. Found it to be clean, a very good location & the front desk staff were very helpful. But it was pretty soul-less. The room, although clean, was a bit on the shabby side with a truly ridiculously tiny shower/toilet (I had to leave the door open to just to physically fit in it!). To be honest,... More

Every time we go to Tel Aviv we use the home as our 'home' as we travel around. I really is the best location, steps away from Firshman beach and walking distance to Ben Yehuda and Dizengoff. Its a no frills place, but we really don't stay in the room, and you have to remember to turn the water heater... More

We stayed in the apartment for 5 nights in May 2012, and actually did not spent much time inside during the days. Location is really great, the apartment is in a walking distance from Tel-Aviv shopping area and main attractions, line of beaches, sea embankment leading to the Old Jaffa. There were a small kitchenette, cable TV, safe deposit box.... More

After a year of travelling, I have finally found a friendly place that one would want to stay in. Beautiful, clean, kitchen area , comfortable beds, near the beach. All around good atmosphere. Its location lends itself to good nightlife for whatever you may like, cheap bars, nice restaurants, dance clubs, its got it all. All in all, I would... More

If you're looking for a cheap hotel then this is your ticket. It cost us $110 a night and is a great location right across from the beach, but talk about NOISY!!! The air conditioning is very loud, but if you want to sleep with the windows open you may never get to sleep if you face the street/beach as... More
