Location is about 8+ blocks from the beach, but many places to eat nearby. The room was very nice, every works well, good bed. The manager was very helpful.

we were two adults and a son 11 years old. the receptionist was extremely gentle. But the suite was ridicoulosly small, with a bedroom without window,,in the mamad, without air conditioning, a bathroom of 1 square meter, and a living room with a sofa pullout bed that would make impossible to walk trough. The dining table had only two chairs while... We just returned from Tel Aviv and loved the city but this apartment was pretty dated and old and gross. The 'sofa bed' that was supposed to accommodate two people was tiny and ripped up; I have no idea how they expect anyone to sit on it, much less sleep on it! The linens are threadbare and old and the... More

The entrance to the apartments is very strange - a non-existent reception area, just a woman sitting at a table against the wall (who was very helpful). However, the apartment was very nice - very clean, nice sofas, flat screen TV. There was also a kitchenette area that appeared to be basically equipped, but was only here for one night... More

Stayed here 3rd-11th Feb 2011. Kitchenette has twin hob gas stove, microwave, kettle and all the cutlery/plates/utensils you will need. Has heating/air-con and hot water on demand. We stayed in room 8 which had a balcony overlooking Dizengoff Street. A 32" LCD tv with cable channels including CNN, SKY News (UK), Fox News and BBC Entertainment (formerly bbc world). Add... More

We arrived early evening to a very helpful staff person that checked us in and ensured that we had everything we needed. However, the apartment showed it's age. Although the unit was very clean, it was sparsely decorated, the walls needed a painting, the bathroom was very small and the roll away bed for our daughter was extremely uncomfortable. Our... More

I stayed in this place for 6 days. Although the TV was not working and a dish towel was miising on our arrival, we waited for the next day and explained the problem at the person in charge of the office. As a result, we got a dish towel, and a brand new LCD TV. This resort is perfectly located... More

We stayed here only for 2 nights, but were happy with the size and condition of our room. We were on the 1st floor (2nd floor in US) and had a lovely balcony, satellite TV, small kitchen and free wifi. We didn't hang out in the flat much as we were only a few minutes from the beach. The bed... More

We booked this apartment based on the price, reviews in TripAdvisor and the pictures seen on the site. The pictures of the living area are not at all true. We were placed in Apartment #12 which was dirty, exposed lighting and exposed electrical outlets. The bathroom sprayed water in the sink and the shower had mildew all over. The pullout... More

Advantages - Comfortable, private apartments in a central location in Tel Aviv. A great base from which to enjoy the city and great value. Could have done with a good clean but was still good to live in for a week or so
