everything is in harmony: the price, the service, the accomodation. Great location. A little bit noisy at night from the restaurant next door.

We will go back there, but to another room. Ours was right above the kitchen so we started smelling (the delicious) breakfast prep at 07:00. We prefer minimal light for sleeping so had to cover up various light sources. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Lots of hot water and the A/C worked very well.
The room is suoer basic, but looks clean. The location is the key to the place's success - it is situated in a tranquil and safe area of the ex-German colony, 20 min walk from the Old City and Ben Yehouda (vibrant street, check it for a cool, non-touristic restaurant!).
I stayed there for one night only, it was fine....

I would definitely stay here again. It's not fancy but the breakfast is decent, the rooms are small but comfortable, and it's very conveniently located. The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful--even putting me up when I stumbled in at 3 am with a sudden change in travel plans.
The hotel is in nice area, near to the Old City. The rooms are simple, but clean. I can recommend it. And I would stay here again. Only thing is that before Pesach, you cannot bring any food to the room.
I had an excellent stay - once again - at the Bayit Katan b'Moshava. Terrific location, great professional service at a fantastic price. You're in Jerusalem - who needs more?
We stayed at the Little House in the Colony for 2 nights in March.
The location is easy to find once you know where it is.
First impression is the room where the food is served, lots of light and warmth. Up the stairs the receoption is very spacious and clean. We had a room just next to the reception....

Great location, love the fact that it is next to the Art Movie Cinema and restaurant. Clean rooms, cleaned daily. Breakfast average, can improve on the variety, but never felt hungry afterwards. Will definitely stay there again.
I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights a few weeks ago at the end of a 2 week trip. My room was pleasant and comfortable with a real shower and bathtub! A good breakfast was provided. The staff was helpful and there was a computer provided for those who don't have their own devices. But the biggest plus was...
