Excellent Staff and great reservations as i managed to get my reservations done through them and they were very patiant and underdatnding aslo the front desk were excellent and prompt with their service , the housekeep were good though i have a couple of doubts on the cleaning . Over all superbe and close to the old city .

I stayed at this hotel during my trip with my girlfriend last month, it was a mistake that I did not check the the hotel before. The hotel looks nice but there was no pool and service was not the best to say the least. I did not like the location it was in East Jerusalem. A very simple hotel.
