We had a short stay at the David Citadel and were very impressed with the luxurious interior. Staff were very helpful and efficient. Breakfast was superb with a wide choice and the pastries were to die for. Dinner was excellent and a great menu. The location is terrific. Overlooking the old city which is a short walk away. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel experience from start to finish. Terrific location within walking distance of the Old City (Jaffa Gate) and Mamilla Mall. Incredible experience. Walking distance from the "Old City", great restaurants, and night life. Hotel is immaculate and the rooms are comfortable. They clearly pride themselves on service. Food was amazing as well.

Have stayed at this hotel many, many times. Rooms are very tired and in need of upgrading. Showers in poor condition. Lounge, pool and public areas are however very comfortable, food good and reasonably priced. Very enjoyable with excellent location and service service. K Breakfast, Shabbat dinner and lunch buffets are an absolute treat, the new chef has taken the menu to a world class standard - thank you to the wonderful Said who served us so brilliantly in the dining room. It was a pleasure staying at The Citadel for the week.

Absolutely the most amazing hotel in the world. Superior service, great food and a great location next to the old city and western wall. In Jerusalem this would be the highest end hotel possible to stay in. Even though cost is high it is worth every penny!!!
