Decent hotel. Hotels are pretty pricey in Israel so getting good value is difficult. Quite simply, Israel's finest hotel in Haifa, or even northern Israel. Spacious rooms; excellent food; full amenities; gratious service, immediately rendered; and reasonable rates. The best in American-style service. From Manager Natalie to front-desk Michal, Hassan, Santiago and others, the service is consistently superior. All personnel seem dedicated to improving each guest's experience at the hotel.

This hotel is great! Friendly staff, great business lounge, great breakfast, and a view of the Mediterranean Sea to die for! I stay here every time I come to Haifa. Natalie, Noam, and Gustavo were particularly helpful. I just have one word for them... SHALOM!! :>)
