Wonderful room. Gracious service all around. Hotel staff showed us how to park in free lot 100 meters down the street, avoid hotel garage. This is the top-rated hotel in Haifa, and it seems to deserve the rating. Cheap touch of charging for internet access. Sumptuous breakast (seems to be the norm in Israel)

I would like to highly recommend the hotel, in general, but especiialy Mr. Bishara at the front desk and Mr. Rian at the dining room who were both extremely curtious, professional and helpful and really helped make my stay pleasant and efficient.

Dan Carmel Haifa is an up market very comfortable hotel. You will be well looked after, the business lounge on the 10th floor has finger food and drinks at no cost an the views over Haifa Bay are the best in town. Ryan in the dining room is very friendly and helpful, enjoy your stay.

The staff at the Dan Carmel Haifa were most friendly and courteous. Our waiter, Ryan, was very professional at breakfast.
