Arrived with hotel personnel sitting at a desk outside the front door. No attempt to get up to help us with luggage, or to call anyone else to help with luggage, or to even open the door as we struggled with luggage. We get to the front desk and check in was fine. We spent a weekend in late March in Dan panorama and had a great experience at the hotel , it was a great vacation, the staff was Really kind and nice. excellent hotel

Although this hotel is quite dated and the Business Lounge is poor to adequate (too bright lights, mediocre and very limited food/drinks, old furniture, small...), the customer service is fantastic and compensates the low lights. Not the best but adequate. The hotel is dated and the business lounge is not very good or comfortable. The internet in the rooms works for 2 minutes then kicks you out. The saving grace is the reception staff who are very good. The gym is a no frills space to work out.

Hotel staff provided extraordinary customer service. Room(s) very comfortable and exceptionally clean. View in Haifa overlooking the Mediterranean was spectacular. Food and service was delicious and abundant. The executive club lounge in Jerusalem was fabulous with an outside terrace. Both hotel experiences were memorable...We highly recommend the Dan Hotels.

The hotel and its decoration (besides the remodeled lobby) is still seems from the 70s/80s and it seems they forgot to maintain the hotel. The staff at this hotel is just wonderful! Front desk, security, dining areas- all excellent. My room was comfortable, with a gorgeous view of the harbor and Bahai Gardens.
