They gave us a room on -1 floor where there is no normal elavitor or air. At first they gave us key to room where there were ppl inside!!! Afther when we came to the loby and told them they mastke they denied it and told us another room. We waited more then an hour to get our room!!!

I spent three nights with my family this week. The club used to be part of "Club Med" but not any more and it is well understood why. The hotel offers 24/7 activities and food.
