We did 2 differnet stays at this hotel with a tour. The first stay the toilette didn't and they kind of fixed it. The food was really good. A very wide variety of food. The second stay we had a very nice room and shower. The food once again was very good and a wide variety.

Though the stuff was friendly and kind, still the general administration and management of the hotel is very poor! Breakfast was basic! Standards of accommodation at the Sancta Maria are broadly comparable to what you would get at a basic chain motel: a bed, a bathroom and that's pretty much it. The lobby of the hotel is extremely well-appointed and comfortable, and the location of the establishment itself is excellent. It is within walking distance of the main attractions of Bethlehem, if you don't mind walking uphill. Staff are very friendly and thoughtful.
