Situated very near to Beyazit market (Beyazit Mosque, Grand Bazaar), and at 15 minutes walk to Hippodrome (where are St Sophia Museum, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace), this recent renovated hotel join all conditions to meet the expectations of the tourists. The staff is friendly and useful (a special appreciation for the manager), everything is very clean. The breakfast is variate... More

Stayed there for nine nights. What a great location: 5 minutes walk to the suburb train to reach all sites of the old city, though you can reach them by walking as well. 10 minutes walk to the tram for Galata and Kambatas. 10 minutes for the Great Bazar. 5 minutes for Hamam Kadirga (Liman Cad. 127). Right around a... More

The hotel is very close to Kumkapi station and its restaurants and also in a walking distance to Beyazit Mosque & Grand Bazar, so that the location is good for sightseeing and public transportation. The staff is very friendly and the rooms were clean and quite silent, even though not very spacious. More

Ok everyone, for 50 euros, what do you expect in a city like Istanbul? The staff was warm, the rooms decently clean (not great), the AC worked, the bfast was basic, and there was an open PC for browsing. The grand bazaar is a 10 min (uphill) walk, which is also where the trams and buses run. So, decent location.... More

I liked this hotel very much. It’s in a walking distance to main attractions of Istanbul. This is definitely NOT a tourist area, just a real Istanbul with it’s hardworking people. Nearby streets are not great however it’s also close to “100 restaurants district”. As on budget hotel rooms were spacious and staff altitude was exceptional. Bathroom was recently renovated... More

After reading the reviews I decided that I can disregard the negative ones. That was my mistake! The only positive thing in the hotel is the staff. They were nice and helpful. Welcome coffee/tea was offered on arrival. When asked for a map we were told that it is not for free and were charged 5 TL. Just go to... More

I booked the hotel for five or six days and I am glad I had to go to Kapadokya the next day! The air-conditioning turns on and off because there is something wrong with the electricity. I had a restless night to cut it short. More

I spent 4 fabulous days in Istanbul, in the Grand Mark hotel. The hotel is well located, at walking distance from Grand Bazaar, Sultanhamet and all the main tourist attractions. The rooms were nice and clean, good relation quality-price. The breakfast was good as well. In general everything was great, but the strongest point is for sure the staff, who... More

I stayed here for three nights in September and it was just about OK, but no more than that. It's located in a pretty poor area and it looks like it could do with some renovation. On my way back, I was booked in for one night, but they made a mistake and so shunted me off to their sister... More
